Can I plug like 5 or more inputs into one box and be able to just flip threw the channels list (my tv has only one input and it's coax)

You should be able to get a video switcher for RCA video that can output to COAX. Old VCRs also used to be able to produce an analog signal for a COAX input. I don't know if anyone would have made a HDMI video switcher with a COAX output.
Any PAL or NTSC television though is going to look terrible though compared to a modern LCD or Plasma television.
