when my ASUS is plugged in it puts out enough power to say on and i can use my laptop normaly but it doesnt build up a charge at all while plugged in and as soon as i unplug it it will instantly die becuase the battery has no juice in it? how do i configure and pin point exactly what the issue is so i can fix it?
i'm not quite sure how old it is. And i'm not really savvy with my computer do you know of a method that will help me determine if my battery is bad or if it could be something else? I would really like to avoid forking out money if i don't need to
