Whenever I start my laptop I get a blue screen of death, about 1-5 min after the start up and I have to plug it out of power and then I plug it back in. If I let it restart normally bsod happens again as I remember, I'll try letting it reset normally again later. This is my parents' laptop so who knows what kind of random shit they click on since they're not tech savy. I tried running Malwarebytes and it found a bunch of malware and trojans and I got rid of all that. But the problem is still here, it's been with us since we bought the laptop, a year ago but my parents just don't bother to get this fixed and take it to someone who has more knowledge. When the laptop turns on and if I for exaple click on Google Chrome before the bsod appears I get some kind of a WerFault error and then some numbers.
Would love to get this fixed because it's kind of annoying, the laptop works fine after I plug it out and then plug it back in power but I don't want to keep doing this. If you need any more information or anything reply.
