It means that you need to provide full details. The subject, which in your case was cut off (so that we don't know what you wrote), should tell us what is in the post - something like "Replaced internal battery in Toshiba A45 and now only see gray screen."

Then you can type details such as which battery (the little coin cell? The main power source), what the gray screen says, and how far into the booting process the machine can get. Specifically, can you get into BIOS? If you replaced the little battery, you may have reset or scrambled the BIOS.

That's a BIOS values that where changed. Enter BIOS (ESC on startup, then F1 to enter), Load Setup Defaults and get time and date right. To exit press F10 and check to exit. Hope that this solves the problem
