Sound not playing correctly via TV HDMI

Hi, My Computer is hooked up to my Hitachi TV. The sound via TV works, but it also sometimes makes certain sounds really quiet or it makes certain instruments sound really quiet in music that i play. When i plug my headset in and play music via that, everything works normally and i can hear everything perfectly.

Most flat screen TVs have pretty lousy sound quality (that's why there are many soundbars). You may just be more sensitive to that when listening to music than just watching TV (most people are). Your headset is better than the TV speakers.
