I have a keyboard problem.

My osk and two external keyboards work fine - they even catch n cook my lobster for me - except they can't seem to emulate my original keyboard's almighty fn f3 wifi button.

Help!

Ps. This is not necessarily a card enable problem. Merely a 'where is the alternative switch?' palaver. There are a billion ways to open a jpg file, but you cant seem to find more than one to turn on your wife,
sorry wifi
My phone wont let me edit) i need my laptop internet back! :(

Thanks for your suggestions, I've tried them all but it would appear microsoft themselves probably don't understand the problem which is the onscreen keyboard not having and not being able to emulate a notebook's [fn ] buttons  i.e. the ones that control volume, screen brifghtness, toggle between tv screen and laptop screen, webcam,

MS does know about the Fn keys, the issue is that those keys are specifically based on the laptop brand and controllers they use and are not supported by Microsoft or keyboard makers. Contact the laptop vendor support. There may also be downloadable software for the laptop for WiFi, more than just the basic drivers, but a custom controller program that has the hardware on/off switch in the options.

Oh sorry.

I thought you wanted to connect/disconnect from WiFi without the use of function keys since your emulator would not emulate fn keys correctly.
