My laptop fan commonly spins up to it's loud and fast speed, but when I feel the hot air vent, it just very gently blows hot air out. It's an HP laptop, but it is elevated. Do I need to clean the laptop? Is this normal?
If there's hardly any hair moving sounds like the dust is clogging up the fins or the fan bearings need lubrication or replacement if the fan stops fast when you spin it.
