Hey everyone. Got a problem here which I cannot seem to identify.

A friend brought me a Dell Inspiron N4050 with some video problems.
She used it today morning and just closed the lid after using. On the afternoon she opened the lid and it was like this.

She closed the lid and brought it to me. I connected to the living room TV with HDMI (the notebook was only on battery) and the output was ok. I was able to close some programs and shutdown Windows.
Brought to my bedroom, connected the power brick and on my secondary monitor with VGA.

The screens starts like this.

And then goes to the previous picture.

I uninstalled lots of crapware (Baidu stuff) and powered off.
Removed the LCD bezel to check the LCD ribbon part number.
Put the bezel again and sent her an email with the costs and links for the parts.
Decided to turn it on again to install a software, but the video outputs are not working anymore.

Any ideia of what could be the problem?

Tried every combination I could. HDMI and VGA cables. Turning the notebook on when cables inserted and without cables inserted. On battery and on power.
No luck.

:/

Forgot to add that, of course, I tried the alt+f2 keys to switch monitors when it seems that Windows 7 already loaded. But the start screen with Dell logo and BIOS information is not showing up anyway.
And when I first connected it to my living room TV, Windows recognized it and I heard the sound of new hardware connected. Now it seems like it's not recognizing anything.
