Hi guys, I'm looking to buy a mid-high end gaming laptop for around £1000, upgrading from a MacBook Pro 13" Late 2011. Two that have caught my eye are the MSI Ge70 Apache Pro 2PE and the MSI Gt60 Dominator 2PC. I need a laptop that can run games like BF4 on decent settings (I think both run it at about 90 fps on high) and is generally a good laptop. Can I please not have any people say to buy a PC because I need a laptop to take between my weekly boarding school and home, as well as taking it on holidays as I'm going to Japan over the summer.
Thanks if you reply to this,

Personally I would go with the Apache Pro, lighter, sleeker newer chasis with comparable power at £1000.

please do not buy the Apache. They're just bad. Bad heating, bad battery life by comparison and the chassis is far from the best...

this is extremely high quality. Yes its big but it's just as powerful as the apache, only thing is its almost silent, it runs the coolest of any brand of gaming laptop and quite frankly the keyboard is just fantastic. The chassis is also impeccable.

this is possibly a cheaper version of the MSI gt60 dominator. It's just grey instead of black? Everything else is there and is fully configurable.
