So I need a replacement for my computer and I would need it to be a laptop. I'm looking at the 'Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series' and there are 3 options but I don't want touch screen so that leaves with two. The only difference between the two specs are the "4th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-4210U processor (3M Cache, up to 2.7 GHz)" and "4th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-4510U processor (4M Cache, up to 3.1 GHz)".

The rest of the specs are as follows:

AMD Radeon™ HD R7 M265 2GB DDR3
8GB 2 DIMM (2x4GB) DDR3L 1600Mhz
1TB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive
15.6 inch LED Backlit Display with Truelife and HD resolution (1366 x 768)
Intel® Centrino® Wireless-AC 3160 + Bluetooth 4.0
3-cell Lithium Ion (43WHr) Battery

The one with the i5 costs 499.00 and the i7 costs 549.00 pounds.

What games will they be able to play and what level of graphics? Ultra, medium? Skrym and some new games like Lords of the Fallen, Watch Dogs and GTA V.

Also there are a few laptops that run AMD processors and Graphics Cards and I wondered what's the opinion of them.

I found a laptop from Curry's that has the following specs:

AMD A8 4555m APU (1.6ghz, 4mb cache)
8GB DDR3L
AMD Radeon HD 7600G
1TB HDD with 5400 rpm
15.6 with the same resolution

What's the view on this laptop with the specs? And what graphics settings for the same games. This one costs 400 pounds.

Thank you for taking the time to read all this and I hope to be hearing some advice soon :D

Solution
honestly the r7 m265 is far from the best gpu even for laptops
benchmarks can be found here by scrolling down: http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-R7-M265.109394.0.html
the 7600g laptop is even worse.
The cpu difference between those two laptops are negligible. They won't make even a slight difference in FPS for games.
If you want the best powww for the pound then I would have to recommend this:http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/notebooks/cosmosII/
if you add an I5 4210M processor and 8GB RAM and the gtx 850M , then its £576 - which is just over the I7 model that you listed, but the performance difference is phenomonal. Benchmarks can be found here: http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-850M.107795.0.html
and if you'll notice...

and if you'll notice this gtx 850M can play even the highest games smoothly at 1080p. its the best bet for you.
If you extend your budget to around £600, then you can get a faster HDD, better cooling and a longer warranty and may be an upgraded networking chip. All of which I recommend if you can get the extra money together.
