Laptop not powering on

a HP Compaq nx 7300 on my hands but I couldn't find the solution why it doesn't power on.
The battery is working so I putted off everything rams,power button chmos battery and I reputted again I tried to start and only for one scond I saw the green led on the power button and moved the fan for two seconds but nothing.No beeps anything.
When I put the charger it works I see the orange led but I couldn't understand the problem yet.I need help on your experience thankyou,

Did you try starting it without the battery? Try a different power supply? If yes, may be the power connector on the motherboard or the motherboard itself.

Yes i did that without the battery everything tou think the power connector ?You say dc jack power? or another thing? Because dc jack power is OK I see the orange led light when I put the charger.

If the light on the lapotp lighs up, it's getting some signal. Cheapest thing to try would be a new power supply. After that you need to look at a new motherboard.

you didn't understand me,it lights up when I put the charger into dc jack power that its charging.

I do understand that the light is on, but that does not 100% mean that it's working. You only know that the light is working not that it's charging.

If you don't want to try a different charger, you can go right to replacing the motherboard.

Did you try to pull the BIOS battery, have you tried disconnecting the LCD panel and using an external monitor?

Yes I tried to pull the bios battery no I didnt try to check with an external monitor because It doesn't power on.

Does the laptop have 1 or 2 sticks on RAM?

two sticks of ram wone is behind the laptop and other is inside but I tried to change the ram positions everything. and when I tried all these I saw a new thing I saw green light on power button only 1 second.
