Dr.Dre solo hd sound problem

I just got my dr.dre beats headphones solo hd today for my birthday I tried them on and I could only hear from one earcup. help please

try it on a different source (other phones, laptop, etc.) if the problem is still there you need to return it an get a new one.

If you do return it, I'd recommend to get a different pair of headphones. Beats have pretty average sound quality for their price tag.
