Will this laptop perform well with video/photo editing and gaming?

i found an HP Pavillion 17.3 in. laptop with 4th gen core i3 and integrated intel 4600 graphics. For more detailed specs i will leave the link at the end. What i would like to know is, will this laptop perform well with photo/video editing software (Adobe premiere, photoshop) I have read good reviews for the i3, but i am always a little bit "iffy" about integrated graphics. I have pretty much determined that I can use it for light gaming, (1080p isn't really my thing anyway ), so that won't really be an isssue. The only problem that i have is the 17.3 in. screen. I would rather have something at around 14 inches. Will this laptop fit my needs? If not please give me some suggestions. Unfortunately, I travel too much for a desktop to be of much use to me, so it needs to be a laptop. I would also like to keep the price at $600 or less.

edit: I also have found another Hp that looks decent in value. An Hp envy Touchsmart AMD A10 5750m with Radeon 8650g graphics. Once again, I will leave the link for more specs. At $630, this would definitely be the maximum price for me. The CPU and GPU both perform very well for gaming, however i think that the touchscreen is unnecessary. Would this be suitable for video/photo editing? Thanks!
