I am looking to buy a new cheap laptop and for basic browsing and such. I am UK based and I bumped into this

It appears to be an i5-4200u laptop with 1920x1080 screen.

1) Does anyone have experience with laptopsdirect.co.uk?
2) The spec has an i5-4200u CPU but it says it is clocked at 1.6GHz. Did they just forget to put on the "Turbo boost up to 2.6GHz" spec in the description or there are actually i5-4200U's out there with no adaptive clock?
