My computer won't open.

My laptop will not turn back on. I mean when i open it i can see down below press (f2) and (f4). Then after that i can see that START WINDOWS NORMALLY.. and there's a time on the side it's about 25 seconds.. then after that i can't see anything.. when i moved the mouse point it turned white and black.. and my Question How will i turn it back on again..? PLEASE HELP ME MY FATHER WILL KILL ME IF I DON'T FIX THIS.. SORRY FOR THE WRONG GRAMMAR I AM A FILIPINO..

If you have a windows cd you can run repair from it.

The Windows CD can be booted from the CD. Put it in and when you boot hit the proper f key to get the boot menu. Then you can select boot from cd. Run Windows set up. Watch the screen for "Repair". Select repair and follow the instructions. I would also recommend that you Google "running windows repair from cd" on the internet and learning about it first. There are two basic ways to do it. It takes some technical understanding so read up on it first.
What did you do to make it stop working? Knowing that would help in diagnosing the problem.
