I used MSI Afterburner to OC my card and I played some games, then launched Vegas and it crashed when I tried to open project. I reset clock back to stock in MSI Afterburner, then launched Vegas and it crashed again on the same place. Only computer restart is fixing this problem. Also H264 video playback from HDD making it stutter and driver crashes and restores it self indefinetly. If I will disable GPU-acceleration, then Vegas would run fine, but laggy. How can I fix this problems?
PS: videos from youtube or twitch.tv are played without any problems, also I use Vegas Pro 13 and latest Catalyst drivers

Remove the video card and try running the videos and Vegas Pro using the onboard video, see if that crashes as well. If not, you could have damaged the video card when you overclocked it or there may be a driver issue. Try a different driver version, if that fails, you may need to do a clean Windows setup and install drivers again and test.
