Hello guys I-ve got this laptop around 2 years already and never done cleaning from the inside, and my temps are very high, is it time to take to service so they clean and change thermal paste?

I used to have 30 Cº when idle and now its around 90! :S

1.is there any air at all coming out of the cpu vent?
2.do you here the cpu fan running full speed?
3.is your laptop in the oven?

ignore #3 its a joke but your laptop diffently needs its inside cleaned or thermal paste reapplied. if you don't feel a strong stream of air coming out of the cpu vent your laptop may have a clogged heat sink. if you feel a strong stream(and I mean that fan should be blowing full force) of air then your thermal paste needs to be redone
