My acer aspire 5535 has gone funny on me. Not had it on all day, turned it on a little while ago and the fans started for 3 seconds and went on and screen just stays black from the minute I turn it on.
I have tried removing the battery etc and doing the hold power button for 30 seconds but no luck
Also tried, opening it up and cleaning the fan etc (no luck), tried taking all wires out and putting them back but nothing, tried removing ram and resetting separately and still stays the same.
UPDATE: I took the cpu out and put a thing bit of plastic paper between it and the fan and had luck, the fans keep going now but the screen stays black.
Any suggestions?
