Almost 6 month ago, I changed AC adapter of my laptop. Since then, I have been using it.
But recently, just for curiosity, I have measured ouput voltage of AC adapter and I was surprised. Because It is oscillating between 15V - 19V. Although, It is supposed to be stable 19V.
Surprisingly, I have never observed any malfunctioning , or noise.
My question is:
1) Is it OK to continue to use this AC adapter?
2) Can I replace my laptop battery without worrying about this oscillation in output voltage?
Or is there any possibility to harm to new battery or laptop itself?
**battery was broken before I bought new AC adapter.
