When will the XBOX One's Controller support PC

Guys, simple question, when will Xbox One's controller support PC. After reading some articles, I knew microsoft will make it support pc but not now because it will need to make drivers for it. So, when will it be released? It's been months already after the Xbox One's release date.

They just released a notice that said "soon", thus the other question is when we'll see a wireless PC version.

Also, it's most likely Microsoft delayed on purpose so people would focus solely on the XBOX ONE.

From the reviews I've heard I'm in no rush anyway as it doesn't seem that much different to me.
