is this a great laptop? i mean in term of its price range. when compared to lenovo y510p (GT755M SLI single), which one is better?

lets just say watch dogs as a benchmark. which one will run on higher fps? high or ultra setting. both is 1080p i guess, as far as i can tell. i think. and some thing bout its cooling is it good?

thanx in advance!

Solution
From what I can find, the 2x770M is only slightly faster than the 860M on average in SLI supported games.

However, I would still recommend the 860M for games that have poor, or no SLI support. People still play older games frequently that are cheap on STEAM.

The 860M is also a MAXWELL GPU and that uses much less power. Also but not being SLI you don't need then second set of VRAM that also consumes more power.

Update:
I can't believe they actually have an option to get better thermal paste. An expensive laptop should have good paste. It would cost them maybe three cents?

*I also noticed that only one of the memory options (2x8GB) has two sticks so does it support Dual-Channel? Would you get some performance loss at times in...

so gigabyte is better.

yeah. the thermal paste. only need to add another $30 i guess. is it really good?

i think this laptop has three slots for RAM. since they have the 3rd option that is 3x8GB. i once read a forum bout ram. they said dual channel will give a little extra performance because u used both slot. idk.

this website also have alienware 18 where u can customized ur cpu, gpu ram and all. maximum price would be around $6k i guess. hahaha

thanx for the reply btw!
