if its the front bays, you could try something like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Silverstone-FP32B-I-O-Black-3-5inch-Bay-Front-Panel-/271289192511?pt=US_Computer_Case_Accessories_Tool_Kits&hash=item3f2a18903f (but if you have usb3.0 on your motherboard get one that supports usb3) ive also seen ones with card readers on them and other multi-function tools.

or perhaps something like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Desktop-Computer-host-case-USB-AUDIO-3-5mm-MIC-Front-I-O-Panel-cable-cord-/181423222864?pt=US_USB_Cables_Hubs_Adapters&hash=item2a3daab050 and replace the jacks you already have in your case (although this particular one is direct from china... not sure its "quality" at all.

if you want to go the bay device idea... check out...
OK then its your pc.

Have you checked what you've got set in Control Panel, Sound Device Manager?

Can you check whether your sound device (Realtek chip?) is working OK in Control Panel, Device Drivers?

Can you plus in speakers to the green connector on the back of the pc just to check if speakers are OK.

it sounds like the front connector has one of these problems..

-its faulty
-one of the wires isnt soldered on
-there is a break in the wire somewhere
-the front audio connector isnt plugged onto the motherboard right <-- check this one first.

I'm 90% sure the front audio connector is plugged in right however my case doesnt seem to have a 'Ac97 Connector'
I checked for a brake in the wire but found none
However when I move the header you can definitly here some "wire" moving around in there
Thx
BTW what do u suggest I do if the case is faulty?
Thx

if you want to go the bay device idea... check out frozencpu... they have tons of front bay devices (all you need is one that has audio ports... but perhaps you can get something which has another feature you want while you are at it like more usb ports)
