So I disassembly my laptop(toshiba satellite L645) to clen the fan . After cleaning I put everything back in place and power on . After pressing the button the laptop power on , flashes a white screen for about 1-2 sec then turn black but my laptop is still running . And my DVD read flashing orange light . Any solution for this ?

Are you sure you didn't get anything else on any other component?
Try recheck any cables or anything that's damaged.
IF you still can't find the issue try calling up Toshiba to find out what the flashing light means and post back here.
