Hi guys, I am trying to open my laptop to put on some thermal paste but can't unscrew this screw to proceed. I do not know the word to describe it so I will upload pictures instead.
First pic is a normal hole that I can unscrew easily.
Second pic is the problem, the screw is stuck in the ring that rotate with the screw when I unscrew it (the screw is fine)
Last pic is the hole of this screw, no ring in there when compared with first pic.
The model is Acer Aspire 4830
There is a dissemble video from a German guy here in case you need it (not my model but basically the same design):

The screw location in the video is:
Back side (from the start of the video): Bottom right
Front side (around 3:11): Bottom left but he removed it because he doesn't have this problem
