okay so i have the acer aspire {5733z-4851}
and i have upgraded
to an ssd
and 8 gb of ram x2 sticks
also i have had it for 2-3 years now
i did upgrade it to those parts the day i bought it

now the only issue is
the cpu is idle @ 55-63C
and when browsing web or streaming movie it goes to 70-80C

and the ssd is @ 60-71 C always even idle
and thats with a laptop cooler pad underneath as well as a house fan directly on it

so this is way to hot for a laptop about 10C from the max temp
in which case over heats and turns off

any ideas on how to fix this issue

Try blowing compressed air into the vents; they may be clogged up with dust or whatever else and blocking airflow.

Some more info I found on yahoo answers:
If the problem persists, did you check if it could be your Acer Aspire 5742 charger power supply or power source problem? Defective or low quality charger with insufficient power might contribute to overheating. Take the battery out and power on your Acer Aspire 5742 with the charger only. Well, if the vents are blocked, even large amounts of air won't make too much of a difference. You can try opening up your laptop if you're confident and even use a vacuum to clean out any dust. If there is no dust and if you do think it is the ssd, then try swapping it out with an hdd and see if the problem persists. Let me know what happens
