I have a Sony SVE1712C5E which is 15 months old running windows 8.1.
On the whole everything works fine except that the heat coming out from the vents seems to be hotter than it should be and makes use uncomfortable.
I have cleaned what little dust there was inside out but the problem persists. Any ideas of what might be making it so hot?
