Toshiba L650 - Will not boot

Toshiba L650 - Will not boot at all, no display on the screen and 4 Solid White lights and 1 Solid amber light.
Any ideas?

Hi,

Take the battery out, unplug the laptop and hold power button for a minute, replug the lappy and try to power on.

If it still won't boot, you probably have defective part on your motherboard and it needs to be replaced.
