I have packard bell EN TV11HC laptop which has GT630M gpu;

When th gpu reaches 75C it cuts GPU mhz by 200(default 660) and when again it reaches 75C it cuts it again at by 200mhz, mostly games would run 60fps which I play with 660mhz, but when its 260mhz mostly games run poorly.

Any way to fix this problem? I am thinking by changing the Thermal Paste or buy a laptop cooler which would help the best?

that's the problem with laptops, thermal management, a laptop cooler might drop you 1-3C.

If you can find a repair manual for your laptop (Google it, there out there), it will describe how to get at the heatsink and fan. It is likely the heatsink is clogged with dust. I know on Dell laptops its as simple as lifting the keyboard. Once you can get at the heatsink and fan, give the heatsink a good blast of compressed air. Hold the fan blade with a pencil or something so it can't spin while hitting the heatsink with air. If the fan spins it could damage the fan, so you definitely don't want it spinning.

Hopefully this will lower your temperature.
