I'm planning to buy a laptop for playing games at medium settings at 30-40 FPS.
This is the laptop that I'm planning to buy:

HP 450 G1 Laptop:
1. i7 4702Q With Intel HD Graphics 4600 (upto 3.2GHz, 6M cache, 4 Cores)
2. AMD Radeon HD 7650M 2GB
3. 6GB DDR3l SDRAM
4. 1TB HDD
5. HD Webcam
6. Screen = 15.6" diagonal LED-backlit HD anti-glare (1366 x 768)

I want to be able to be able to play these games at Low-Medium-High settings with 35-40 FPS
1. ArmA II / ArmA III
2. Battlefield 3 / Battlefield 4
3. CoD : Ghosts / CoD : Advanced Warfare
4. Batman Arkham Knight (When it releases)
5. Watch Dogs (When it releases)
6. Planetside 2
7. Dota 2

How will this laptop, stand up to these games? I already have a gaming rig, so this for portability and for taking it to friends house to continue my adventure in the digital world with my friends...
I will not and can not spend any more on a laptop. its either this or no laptop...

I have no idea which country ur in but the HD 7650M doesn't match the i7 CPU. it will bottleneck i7 since 7650M is just a rebranded 6600M gpu: http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-7650M.70632.0.html, which is even worse than an old HD6650M gpu used on my friend's laptop. and plus plz take a look at ur i7's igp: http://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600.86106.0.html, also quote from that HD 4600 url: the HD 4600 not only matches some dedicated GPUs such as the GeForce GT 620M/630M, but also competes with the fastest integrated AMD GPUs like the Radeon HD 8650G.
means u'r even wasting money on ur HD 7650M GPU since Geforce GT 630M is on par with the HD 7650M gpu.

Therefore, u may go ahead and reconsider ur option. According to the pricing in US and Canada u may better off get a i5 laptop with HD 8730/8750M graphics or geforce GT 740/840/750/850M graphics. Remember though i5 is a dual-core laptop but it has hyperthread (google it if u don't understand) and its performance even beats AMD's flagship A10-5757M CPU which has physical 4 cores and clocks pretty much the same. And then save the money from i7 CPU to a more decent graphic cards, if u could find a match in ur country. In US and Canada a sweet option will be Lenovo's Y410p/Y510p which has i5-4200M or i7-4700mq CPU with GT 755M or dual 755M graphics @799 dollars or more depends on ur choice.

I live in a country called Oman. Its in the middle east. I had given my requirements to this company which imports laptops... So they gave me a quotation, and the above specs is what they gave me.

OK...but this laptop imo in my high opinion doesn't worth the money (it may be far more expensive in Oman than in the US since such laptop costs at least 800 dollars). See if u have better options such as i5 or even a i3 plus a good graphic card, such as HD 8750M or GT 740M.
