i cannot delete the virus using my anti virus

hey guys, my computer had scanned by anti virus ,and the result about 20 virus ,i try resolved all but just 2 solved , i try different option like move to chest , repair ,fix automatically even last option is delete cannot do it.so what best anti virus that can help my problem nowadays ?

hey i7Baby, about that the antivirus i am using is avast and that the problem the virus cannot move to the chest ,fix ,repair,and delete ,it all useless ,so what try to i find is there any best solution to get rid of all the virus ,maybe i must something about avast or try another anti-virus?

Does it name the virus? If so, search for it using Windows Explorer then delete it. Then delete it from Recycle Bin

Some nasty ones, all I could do is change their name - which stopped them dead

Download the Avira Antivir Rescue Disk, boot from it and run the scan from it. Also install Malwarebytes, update it, reboot in SafeMode and run a full scan then.
