Can I replace my laptop? The screen was cracked on arrival.

So I got my second Y410p today, after the first one had hardware issues on arrival, and I opened it, picked it up, heard that the laptop was making cricky and cracky noises as I picked it up, and so I turned on the laptop, and the screen was cracked.

Can I ask for a replacement for the whole laptop?

BTW, I am not able to call them right now, their call center is closed right now

Where did you buy it? Most probably yes, you should be able to replace it.
I bought a laptop one month ago on amazon and it too came with a broken screen, but they didn't have it in stock for replacement and I didn't want refund because it was very cheap when I bought it. They refunded me 20% to cover repair costs.

I bought it straight from the manufacturers website, Lenovo.
I don't know if this is bad luck or not, but I feel so let down.
The first time I ordered it, it came with a faulty hard drive and the recovery didn't even work either.
And now this happens, the laptop's screen is cracked.
And no, the first time I did not ask for a replacement, I only asked for a return.

Just email them or call them when they're available.
I'm sure they'll replace it, since it wasn't your fault.
