I have a Uverse cable box and want to split the signal between two flat panel hdtvs.
One is in my family room and connected via a 6' hdmi cable the second set is on my screen porch and connect via a 100' hdmi cable.
I am only interested in watching one tv at a time and it's a pain switching the cables each time I want to watch one of the sets.
Will an $25 hdmi splitter do the job or is it more complicated than that?
