buying new gaming laptop, is this a good price?

So i went on http://www.xoticpc.com and had a chat with someone on their site. at the end, this is the computer he suggested me, with a couple of small upgrades added.

it ships from nebraska to where i live in quebec canada, im not sure how much it would cost to ship and border cost etc..
Is it a good price for what the laptop is worth?

I may be adding a SSD if i think i need to later.
I feel like i'm forgetting something...
