Please provide more details about your current ram.
YOU can do this by downloading a software named CPU-Z (freeware). Open it and select memory tab. Post a screenshot of that tab.

No module u asked for will work with your laptop, as the CAS timings are different. You need to find a module with CAS LAtency or CAS TIMINGS: 7-7-7-10.
Otherwise, system will crash every minute because of the incompatibility in both the ram modules.

PS : Your both slots are full, where are you going to put the third stick you want to buy ? If you are going to replace both of your ram sticks, then you can go with any of the sticks ( both should be same though in terms of cas timings).

That's what i exactly saying @geekin
I'm gonna replace both previous slots with new one now i'm just confused/concern about cas latency as well as performance..
Since all listed ram's are pretty good and well brand known but my heart saying to test g.skill 1866 @Pc314... Series i.e last one ram in my lapy.. If its ok compatibale then i'll definately go for it..

As you are going to replace your ram modules, you can go with any of the sticks. This is because all of the sticks are decent, and you wont find any difference when you will use them. SO going with any of the sticks wont go wrong.

But just keep in mind the cas timings.

Also first know the maximum ram supported by your motherboard which you can find in the laptop's manual before upgrading it.

8gb is the max ram support with 4gb modules now cas timing as u said is damn so important,
crucial showed ram compatiblity and what ram modules are supported..

2 x 2 gb work slightly better than 1 x 4gb because they use dual-channel. I suggest you go for 2x 4gb at 1066 mhz (because your i5 460m can support max 1066mhz). If you buy at 1333 or 1600 they will be limited.
