So Ive been using my current gaming laptop for about a year now and its starting to age a little i picked this laptop up almost as soon as the GTX 700M series cards and Haswell CPUs came out and its not a bad system i just want more performance with Gaming and i do slight video rendering/editing
And please don't recommend me to a desktop or building my own rig as i am a college student who goes to and from the school on a daily basis and i need a Laptop and i just prefer to have my work and gaming system all in one

Current Setup:
iBuyPower Valkyrie CZ-27 2013 Model
Intel Core i7 4800MQ @2.7-3.7GHz
16GB DDR3 RAM @1600MHz
GTX 770M 3GB overclock to 900MHz Core 4750MHz Memory
240GB KIngston HyperX 3K SSD
1TB HGST 7200RPM HDD
17.3 inch 1080p display

Setup im looking at:
iBuyPower CZ-27 2014 Model
Intel Core i7 4910MQ
16GB DDR3 RAM @1866MHz (i have confirmed with iBuyPower that the RAM will be at 1866MHz)
GTX 870M 6GB
ill probably just use my current SSD/HDD

is the CPU/RAM/GPU really worth the upgrade?
the 2013 Model cannot run 1866MHz RAM without a modded Bios
and i figured the CPU will get me better performance with Rendering plus the graphics will help with better gaming

i like the cooling solution of the Asus G750 but i dont like how you cant get a better CPU than the 4700HQ
And the MSI i like as well but im really asking if the upgraded CPU/RAM/GPU will make a better difference in gaming/editing/rendering and other things than my current setup
