I bought a new MSI GE 70 2PE Apache Pro, and it doesn't perform as I expected plus it has serious fps drops, like dropping from 125 to 20 for 2 seconds or so. It didn't include a SO so I asked my IT friends to get one for me (don't know if that's relevant). It has W7 ultimate, soon to be changed to W8.1. For example, in League of Legends with full settings it doesn't even reach 100 fps, is that normal?
