Lenovo Y410P Faulty?

I recently bought a lenovo ideapad Y410P and it shipped 3 days ago. First two days it was working fine, and today I got a BSOD stating "driver power state failure". I updated drivers but kept getting the BSOD every 5 minutes so it was hard to accomplish much. My second plan was to reset it to factory settings since it was fairly new, but I get a BSOD upon clicking the restore/refresh. (Driver power state failure was the BSOD in all these cases)

Edit 1: Also, the keyboard works and lights up when I login to my local account, but afterwards the keyboard does not work.

Solution
Just return it, ask for a replacement and they also pay for shipping. My first Y410p was faulty. (hard drive was messed up and problems with system recovery) When I asked to return it, they immediately emailed me a shipping label to print and I sent it back.

BTW, I don't know the solution, but maybe wait a day and someone may tell you how to fix it, and if they don't, then return it. Also their return policy states that you must return it within 30 days of the invoice date.

Sorry if I wasn't any help.
