Hello!

I'm just about to finish Uni however my desktop just packed in, so I'm on a budget of around £300-350!

I'm after a laptop instead for mobility- to play films, music and a bit of casual gaming such as DOTA 2 on medium graphics with a decent frame rate. The only problem is that my knowledge of laptops wouldn't get my very far in finding a good deal! Being able to play more intensive games is always a bonus, but not a necessity.

I would consider a refurbished laptop as I know it's not a lot of money to play around with. Any suggestions/further questions would be a great!

Thanks

Firstly, we have this laptop. It has an i3 4000M clocked at 2.4 ghz, 8 gigs of ram, and a 1 TB hard drive. While it doesn't have an Nvidia or AMD gpu, it does have the Intell 4600 gpu, which isn't the best for gaming but will work for some basic gaming maybe a little button.

Next, we have this HP. It has a quad core A8 AMD cpu at 2.1 ghz, 8 gigs of ram, and a 750 gig hard drive. It also has a 2 gig AMD 8750M with the option to go to the 1 gig 8650G card. This HP would be a great choice as well.

Hey guys thanks for your posts! The HP envy looks great thanks for the suggestion! However the refurbished one linked from eBay will cost ~$170 extra from shipping/import taxes, I've Been rather unsuccessful in finding a UK source, anyone able to find a good site?

Also, I have stumbled across this lenovo g500 laptop which appears quite good for the cost, as well as a refurbished acer E1-571. Any suggestions? Links below
