I'm comparing two laptops, I'm buying from New Zealand and I'll need to be purchasing within 24-48 hours so quick to reply answers are great!
I'm comparing two laptops at the moment. They seem to be more or less the same except for the cpu and gpu.
This: http

has a gt 840m compared to a gt 740m, so the gpu is approximately 20% faster than the other model. However the cpu is only a i7 4500u which has 2 cores with hyper threading, compared to the i7 4702mq which has 4 cores with HT.

GT 840m and i7 4500u (2 cores)

Will I notice the slower cpu when gaming? Or am I better sticking with the slower gpu and more solid cpu option? If you have any other info which would help me determine which laptop I should go with (such as reliability and how well the chassis is manufactured) that would be great.
As I mentioned before, I only have 24-48 hours to make a decision. So fast answers are appreciated.
