So my laptop is 3 years old. It had its hardware replaced last year owing to my little sister dropping tea all over the keyboard. It keeps crash dumping when I try to install an antivirus. I had had Microsoft Security Essentials but it kept detecting a backdoor virus and had an error in removing it. Is there anyway to fix this problem without having to wipe my laptop and install the OS again?
