I have a Dell Studio 1555. It has onboard ATI graphics.

The problem is that my laptop display is not working because the onboard graphics is malfunctioning. Is there any way I can disable the ATI graphics and use the graphics which is integrated with CPU ?

Check your BIOS, it might have options relating to switching graphics adapters.

I am not able to see BIOS or even the DELL Logo at startup.

Display test was successful (With system off, press and hold the D key then power). So, I know there is no problem with my display.

Hmm. You might just have to take the laptop in for repair. There is only so much you can do when there is nothing to the display.
