We bought a laptop from Sam's last Saturday. and took it on vacation with us to Florida. When I took it out of the back seat and opened it, it had a crack from the middle top of the screen spreading into 2 big cracks down the left and right side. It's underneath the screen, but I still can't tell how it got there.
It definitely wasn't dropped. Has anyone had experience with customer service over something like this? Sam's has a 90 day return policy on electronics, but I'm not sure how they'll take a laptop with a few cracks in the screen. Worst case scenario, I'll use it as a HTPC and hook it up to my TV like I have it now.
