I would go with G505s because it has a better video card. And the A10-4600m can be considered more powerful than the i5-4200m since it has 4 cores instead of 2 cores + Hyper Threading. However, on a per core basis Intel's Haswell cores are at least 30% more powerful and AMD's Richland cores at the same clockspeed.
