Hi,

Because I have a pretty decent GPU, I want to lock my FPS at 60, because above that, I don't see any difference and I don't want to warm my graphic card for almost nothing. As you probably saw, I have a EVGA GeForce GTX 770 and I know that I can use EVGA PrecisionX to lock my FPS, but for some reasons, when I use this software, my applications (Games, Browsers, etc) freeze for 2-3 seconds and then unfreeze, every so often, but never Windows itself. That said, I looked for software that would lock my FPS for games that don't have the V-Sync option, but I couldn't find any. Suggestions?

Thanks a lot

Don't use that. Nvidia has adaptive vsync in the control panel. I find it works better then even enabling in game vsync.

Open NVidia control panel, go to manage 3d settings, and the last option in the list is vertical sync. Choose adaptive.

Make sure to uninstall or disable other vsync applications you have.
