Have you tried Handbrake (http/handbrake.fr/) or MPEG Streamclip (http/www.squared5.com/)? Both of those are free. Just out of curiosity, what format are your videos in and what format are you trying to export them to?

right now my videos are a mp4 file. I just want to render out my clips and make them look better/smoother on youtube. I would buy sony vegas but i dont have the $500 lol.
