I had an audio problem with the laptop so I tried to do a factory reset. However, during the reset I lost the drivers for 7 of the devices, mainly network relating ones. I tried to get the drivers manually for them using another laptop as the one I did the reset on had lost its Internet access and so when I went to install the drivers via a USB stick they wouldn't go on. After hours of manually trying to install them I tried another factory reset as I hoped that would trigger the unknown devices to be installed during the setup but it just put me back to where I started. I later found out that for some reason the OS (Win 7) wasn't supported.
