How do I connect my receiver/DVR to a second TV. The tech left a coaxial cable because we did not have the second TV at the time but there is not a space on the back of the DVR for a coax cable. Any suggestions?

Solution
There is more than one way to do this depending on what connections you have on the DVR and the TV.
If you have an unused composite video output (yellow) and L/R audio (White/Red), or you split the ones you have, then you can use modulator like this:
http://www.amazon.com/Nyrius-NRFM100-Universal-set-top-box-surveillance/dp/B005BCBK9W
and use the coax cable your were left.
If we are talking HD then you will need an HDMI distribution amp and either a long HDMI cable or ethernet cable.
