I am unable to save any drawings drawn in both Adobe Elements 11 and Sketchbook Express. When I click save as, no file explorer shows up. Are there any preferences in Windows 8 or in those applications that are inhibiting me from saving? Any help would be great.
If it does affect anything, the computer that is being used is completely custom built with Windows 8.1 installed and the applications are up-to-date with licensing (not torrents).
