Solution
Try taking a bottle of compressed air to all of the vents and fan ports to blow out as much dust as possible. Sometimes you will have to unscrew a panel to get better access.

When using the laptop, put it on a hard surface, rather than your lap or a rug or anything that will block the bottom air intake vents.
