I am buying this laptop:

It's pretty much perfect for me since I don't play games, the only application that I can think of that could be problematic is photoshop.
I don't do any advanced stuff on it, but I do regularly edit images, adding a couple of layers, using some filters and stuff... Could this be a problem for hd4600 ? Will it work noticeably slower than on my very strong PC?
